We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

This role is crucial in supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem, contributing to organizational health and success. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges, independent, eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and manage chaos effectively.
