Endeavour - European Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing international team, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem's health and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to manage technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
