Endeavour European Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization's overall health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Trustworthiness with confidential information, excellent organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
