We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that serves our entire ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and comfortable working independently or with a team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European hours to ensure coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and CEO’s EA to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges, able to work independently.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.
