Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment. They should be trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, think strategically, and work well independently and in teams. Self-motivation, eagerness to take on challenges, and a desire to make an impact are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
