We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, and focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally well independently and in a team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact. Endeavour is highly selective about the people we bring on board because our ecosystem depends on it. We value honesty, communication, collaboration, open-mindedness, strategic thinking, reliability, and drive. We seek ultra-creatives and superstar performers with self-awareness, humility, and a hunger to bring positive change to the world.

Endeavour offers flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents to add value. Our support team is the heart of the ecosystem—diverse, bright, passionate, and dedicated to making a real difference. Are you ready to join the journey?

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions.
Skills & Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and capable of working independently.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
