We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to work directly with our Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating our business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant on technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure effective execution.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical thinking and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Motivated by challenges, capable of working independently.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
