European Business Operations Manager at Endeavour

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual dedicated to sustainability and innovation. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is vital to our ecosystem, supporting the overall health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should think strategically, work well independently and in teams, and be eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with senior leadership to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • Enjoys challenges, learns quickly, and can work independently.
