Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world's infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

This role is vital to our ecosystem's support infrastructure, contributing to the organization's overall health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should think strategically, work well independently and collaboratively, and be motivated to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to handle technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept and comfortable with technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, with increasing responsibilities.
