We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to strategic initiatives, special projects, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
