We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe, supporting the entire ecosystem and contributing to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams for seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to interpret technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and assume increasing responsibilities.
