This role involves coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
• Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, operations) to align efforts with sustainability and business goals.
• Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to handle technical communications and customer requests.
• Provide executive support during European business hours to ensure smooth operations across time zones.
• Participate in daily check-ins with senior leadership to stay aligned on priorities.
• Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
• Identify operational efficiencies and propose solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Technically proficient, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and results-oriented.
