We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team. This role involves working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating our business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure serving our entire ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate should be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leaders.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical skills: Comfortable interpreting technical issues and customer needs.
  • Attributes: Quick learner, analytical, passionate about sustainability and innovation, excellent communication and collaboration skills, tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, energetic, independent, eager to learn and grow, and capable of seeing the big picture.
