We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team. This role involves working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate our business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

This position is vital to supporting Endeavour's ecosystem and ensuring the organization's overall health and success. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept; comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Fast learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems.
  • Adaptable, proactive, results-oriented, energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow, capable of handling increasing responsibilities.
