Job Description:

Endeavour offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual interested in sustainability to join an innovative company transforming global infrastructure. The European Business Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate Endeavour's European expansion and operations, supporting the organization’s ecosystem and success.

The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. They should be strategic thinkers, capable of working independently and collaboratively, motivated, and eager to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership on organizational strategies across Europe.
• Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
• Assist the Founder/CEO and executive team with communications and customer requests.
• Provide executive support during European business hours.
• Participate in daily check-ins to ensure alignment and progress.
• Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.
• Identify operational efficiencies and propose solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or related areas.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Technically proficient, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
