We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

This role is vital to supporting our ecosystem and ensuring the organization’s overall health and success. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Comfortable interpreting and responding to technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
