European Business Operations Manager

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world's infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services our entire ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Trustworthiness with confidential information, excellent organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable handling technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges, able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
