We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently and in a team. They should be self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure tasks progress with high standards.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical aptitude: Comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset, quick learner, and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
