We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success. The European Business Operations Manager must be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works well independently and in a team. Self-motivation, eagerness to take on challenges, and a desire to make an impact are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical skills: Comfortable with technical issues and customer needs; tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Personal qualities: Analytical, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, energized by challenges, self-directed, eager to learn and grow.
  • Mindset: Able to see the big picture while managing details effectively.
