The Position

As part of the Operations department, made up of 10 people, and reporting directly to the Managing Director France, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Supervise the Customer Service, Sales Administration (ADV), and Office Management teams

• Define objectives and support teams to achieve operational excellence

• Structure the functions to support growth and enhance overall performance

2. Optimization & Quality

• Define, improve, and automate internal processes

• Set up KPIs and ensure rigorous activity monitoring

• Guarantee top-quality service and high customer satisfaction

3. Cross-functional Coordination

• Ensure smooth collaboration with other departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, Group)

• Participate in cross-functional transformation projects with the Wireless Logic Group

• ️ Support digitalization and internal tool optimization (CRM, ERP, etc.)

4. Strategic Contribution (Executive Committee)

• Actively contribute to strategic decisions at Matooma

• Provide operational insights to the executive committee

• Represent operational challenges in discussions with the group

5. Collaboration with Other Departments

• Work closely with Marketing, IT, Finance, and Sales departments

• Ensure seamless coordination to support business growth

6. Market Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer expectations

• Propose innovative offers and develop new distribution channels

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree (Business School, Engineering or equivalent)

• Strong experience (7+ years) in operations management in B2B, tech, telecom, or SaaS environments

• Strategic mindset, leadership, and excellent organizational skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

• ️ Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and strong process mindset (Lean, continuous improvement…)

• Ability to work in a group environment and communicate in English
