A developing supplements company is seeking a Head of D2C Ecommerce Operations to improve efficiency and profitability across product lines. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing eCommerce operations, particularly in dropshipping. This full-time remote role offers significant growth opportunities towards leadership positions. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing KPIs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meo Nutrition LLC is a fast-growing supplements brand focused on creating high-quality products for performance, wellness, and everyday health. The brand emphasizes convenience through features like subscribe & save, free U.S. shipping, rigorous ingredient testing, and a customer-centric experience.
The holding company manages multiple eCommerce ventures under their umbrella, including Dermao LLC (Dermao.com in beauty and skincare devices), Nomobark.com in pet care, and a fast-moving dropshipping business. In this role, you will primarily focus on scaling Meo Nutrition as the core business, optimizing supply chains, streamlining operations, and driving growth in the supplements space, while also providing oversight and structure for the other brands, including new product launches on Dermao.com and ongoing expansion in dropshipping.
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Head of D2C Ecommerce Operations to oversee operations across product lines (supplements, devices, skincare), drive operational efficiency, manage key functions (fulfillment, customer service, media buying, product launches), and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. This role is key for scaling the brand further.
This is a Full-Time remote role, with a growth path to higher leadership (COO or equivalent).
