NSPA is seeking a senior professional with a Master’s level qualification or equivalent, and substantial post-related experience, to lead activities in the oil sector. The role emphasizes knowledge of logistics, economics, and technical aspects of oil markets and refining.

Fluency in English is essential; working knowledge of French is desirable. The position offers a three-year contract with a competitive monthly tax-free salary and expatriate benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s level qualification (related discipline) with 10 years' post-related experience.
• Bachelor’s level qualification with 15 years' post-related experience or equivalent education with relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of the oil sector in its logistic, commercial, economic and technical aspects.
• Knowledge of refining, petrochemical processes and oil markets.
• Senior leadership experience with international exposure.

• A Master’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 10 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: Bachelor’s level qualification with 15 years' post related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
• Good knowledge of the oil sector in its logistic, commercial, economic and technical aspects.
• Knowledge of refining, petrochemical processes and oil markets.
• Relevant seniority in the functional area, International exposure, Industry know-how and Leadership experience.
• NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable.
