Sanofi is seeking a Head of New Product Introduction for Large and Small Molecules, GenMed, and Vaccines within External Manufacturing & Supply (EM&S). This role reports to the VP, Head of SPPM EM&S, and is responsible for managing the growth of Sanofi through strategic projects, leading a team of 5-10 members.

The responsibilities include overseeing new product launches from R&D or Business Development in CMOs, licensing mature products, and transforming the EM&S organization. The role involves strategic sourcing decisions, project execution, licensing transactions, and ensuring alignment with various internal departments.

Key duties involve leading sourcing decisions, managing cross-functional teams, representing EM&S in senior committees, driving project performance, and fostering external collaborations. The scope covers technologies in large and small molecules and vaccines, with projects requiring significant investment and sales potential.

The candidate should bring a strong track record in transformation and growth within complex, SKU-intensive biopharmaceutical or biotech environments, with 15-20 years of industry experience, preferably with a scientific or engineering background and advanced degrees.
