6+ years in UX/UI design with leadership experience.
Strong portfolio of mobile-first UI/UX work for apps or games.
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Unity UI systems.
Deep understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability.
Confident collaboration with developers from layout to asset delivery.
Ability to balance usability with brand and artistic direction.
Leadership quality: clear, empathetic, and capable of giving/receiving feedback.

Responsabilités

Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision across all games.
Lead and mentor a team of UX and UI designers—helping them grow and execute at a high level.
Collaborate with game designers, PMs, and developers to bring ideas to life.
Build player flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final assets.
Establish scalable design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
Conduct (and support) user testing, UX research, and usability reviews.
Ensure accessibility, clarity, and visual consistency across every touchpoint.
Advocate for the player, balancing simplicity with creativity.
