Amundi Technology is an Amundi entity responsible for designing, developing, commercializing, and supporting technology solutions for the savings and asset management industry. The team of 1200 professionals, based in Paris and Dublin, also manages Amundi's IT infrastructure.

In 2021, Amundi Technology was established to accelerate the development, promotion, and commercialization of the ALTO platforms. The Project & Professional Services team for the ALTO Investment division is responsible for onboarding clients onto ALTO products and services. This team manages client implementation projects and supports business development and ongoing support phases.

Role Description

• Build and manage the team across various countries
• Define the team's vision and ambitions
• Leverage market knowledge, perform competitive analysis, and explore outsourcing options
• Industrialize processes and onboarding methodologies
• Manage conflicts and empower the team to enhance productivity
• Build trust and credibility within the team and with clients

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for Middle Office functions, including trade processing and stock management
• Motivate the team and ensure continuous improvement
• Set directions and coordinate resources for the team
• Manage capacity planning, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation across regions
• Oversee recruitment and manage escalations related to the stream for all clients
• Define and improve the team's vision and strategy
• Foster creativity and manage resources (appraisals, mobility)
• Communicate team achievements and KPIs
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to address client gaps
• Represent Amundi Technology on client steering committees
• Define requirements to improve onboarding processes with third-party platforms (e.g., DTCC, BIL)
• Support presales teams during exploratory project phases
• Analyze data to make informed decisions
• Maintain excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Stay highly organized, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
