Pearse Partners has partnered with an Elite Boutique bank looking to expand their Telecommunications team with a growth hire in Paris. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead execution of transactions (M&A) from start to finish
2. Contribute to origination efforts
3. Manage and mentor the juniors within the team
4. 6+ years working in a leading Investment Bank
5. Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
6. Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
