Description du poste

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and visibility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  2. Manage and oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and video content.
  3. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  5. Manage and coordinate the work of external marketing agencies and vendors.
  6. Contribute to the overall marketing and brand strategy of our Plastic Surgery Hospital.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry (minimum 3 years in managerial level).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a proven track record of successful campaign implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Willing to be placed in Sanur, Bali.
