The everyday working language in our Paris office is French, however, this role requires excellent command of the English language as well to communicate with Global Leaders and Stakeholders. Full fluency (speaking, reading, writing) in both languages is required. Please submit your CV in English. CVs in French will not be considered. Your key responsibilities will include : You will drive a high-performing marketing team and own the marketing strategy, balancing performance marketing, brand storytelling, and offline activation to drive demand and revenue growth.

  • Manage a team of 10+ marketers, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, performance, and data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and execute innovative digital strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage our audience in new ways.
  • Manage paid campaigns, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and social media to turn traffic into leads and followers into brand ambassadors.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and global marketing teams to align your vision with our objectives.
  • Use data to measure performance, refine strategies, and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure our content and messaging resonate with the local audience while maintaining the brand’s global identity.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with agencies, media, and influencers to expand our reach.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions.
  • Organize events, webinars, and sponsorships to bring the EF brand to life.
  • Define and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that combines performance marketing, brand building, and offline activations to drive business growth.
  • Own the lead generation and customer acquisition strategy, ensuring an optimal marketing mix across paid digital, organic, brand, and partnerships.

What we are looking for :

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, both digital and offline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team
  • Passionate about marketing and cutting-edge concepts in digital marketing
  • Data-driven and results-oriented – you love both spreadsheets and creative ideas
  • A natural leader, you are comfortable in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Experienced in creating engaging campaigns and generating leads
  • Strong understanding of the French digital market
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing strategies (performance, content, CRM, social, offline, and brand activations).
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to connect marketing activities to lead generation and revenue impact.
  • Experience in high-growth, competitive industries (e.g., travel, education, consumer services).
  • Deep understanding of the French media landscape, including digital, influencer marketing, and traditional media.
  • Fully fluent in French, used daily in the office
  • Fully Fluent in English, required for global meetings
