Job Summary: The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the France. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives, conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform marketing plans.
- Brand Management: Build and enhance the company\'s brand image and reputation, ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touch points.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities, foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising, optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize return on investment.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, influencers, and media to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control, provide regular budget updates and performance reports.
- Customer Insights and Analytics: Collect and analyze customer data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and improve customer experience, use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the France markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the France market dynamics.
