Yourmissions :
The Head of IT Transformation Architecture is in charge of transforming all Infrastructure & IT Operations services globally reporting to Ceva’s IT CTO. His / her goal is to build best in class and scalable IT architecture & operation services that meet needs in a pharmaceutical environment, accelerate digital transformation and maintain a competitive advantage for CEVA.
The Head of IT Transformation Architecture is also responsible for delivering high resilience IT architecture and services that meet the group’s requirements in terms of cybersecurity protection. To reach these goals, he / she needs to build a high performing global team that can meet the expectations of its customers in the most cost-efficient manner.
The main areas of responsibility of the Head of IT Transformation Architecture are :
Strategy, Governance, Technical Architecture, Infrastructure & Operations :
- Leads the group IT landscape architecture roadmap in line with CEVA’s global strategic business goals and priorities
- Coordinates zone teams to ensure IT infrastructure and operations is correctly implemented and compliant with group standards
- Organizes innovation sharing workshops with customer teams to ensure group’s technology competitive advantage
- Aligns with business teams on the most cost-effective solutions by leveraging synergies of scale and standardizing solutions / applications
Leadership & Management :
- Takes part in Ceva’s Extended IT Leadership Team with active interaction with Zones Leaders
- Builds a high performing global IT team that is driven by ambitious and result oriented goals and supports continuous improvement objectives
- Supports Infrastructure & Operations team capacity (internal & external) and skills to meet the short and medium term needs
- Provides an environment that fosters self-improvement and an understanding of contribution and value of each team member to the group strategy
Portfolio and Project Management :
- Manages group IT infrastructure project portfolio and technical delivery roadmap
- Builds the business cases and project Return on Investment assumptions
- Creates and updates project management methodology and ensures that projects adopt appropriate governance structure, stakeholder involvement and communication
- Reviews project timing and cross project relations to mitigate risks, optimize costs and ensure skill availability and resource capacity
- Commits on the scope, budget, resources and timeline for group IT technology services projects
Delivery, Support and Service performance :
- Supports global IS Business Services, Digital and Data teams to provide technical foundation that meets their project requirements (BUILD) and target SLAs (RUN)
- Defines technology services SLAs to serve the main application of all IS teams
- Commits to deliver on performance indicators for the solutions in production to meet requirements of the business
- Designs and deploys best in class digital workplace services (PC, printing, video conference, help desk, automated software updates, asset management) to provide highly efficient, standard and seamless systems to end users worldwide (for all categories of usage : manufacturing shopfloor, office, lab, remote workers...)
- Reviews performance with stakeholders and defines / solves remediation actions
Security & Cyber resilience :
- Actively contributes with cyber-SOC services to identify real time attacks and mitigate all cyber risks
- Share cyber performance metrics, reviews and action status updates in close relation with CISO and CIO
- Ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information is not compromised
- Complies with existing laws, regulations and corporate policies and processes
- Designs and implements cyber resilient IT architecture to limit cyber risk exposure and external attacks
- Patch Management : commits to patching and upgrades to safeguard applications and reduce vulnerabilities
Financial & Budget Management :
- Defines the group Infrastructure & IT Operations budget (OpEx / CapEx)
- Closely tracks the financial spend through purchases orders and monthly financial reviews to ensure budget target is met
- Works closely with sourcing and purchasing teams to select preferred global partners that can meet needs
- Reviews regularly main vendors to provide 2 way feedback and ensure compliance with requirements
- Asset Management : builds systems to track all global assets to ensure full compliance, visibility and negotiation leverage
Compliance :
- Integrates mandatory regulatory compliance requirements in the IS master plan and relevant infrastructure projects : GxP (QI / QO / QP), GDPR…
- Conforms with Internal Control and group IS policies (security, budget approval, investment requests)
- Defines and develops best practices, governance standards, processes, and metrics to ensure IS services comply with established corporate methodology and quality standards to enforce interoperability and agility
- Ensures consistent quality and overall solution performance to meet group requirements
Yourprofile :
Masters (Engineering or Information Technology) + needed 15+ years of IS technology leadership experience in a strong multi-cultural context.
