Our client is one of the largest and most innovative construction companies in Vietnam, seeking to undergo a significant digital transformation in an industry traditionally reliant on manual processes and red tape.

They are looking for a forward-thinking, communicative, and worldly Head of IT / Digital Transformation to lead the planning, implementation, and scaling of digital initiatives across their construction and manufacturing operations.

You will join a special task force under the direct leadership of the chairman. Success in this role could lead to further transformation opportunities within the group and potential advancement to the C-suite.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise software implementation and change management, preferably within construction, real estate development, or related industries. A strong motivation to contribute to Vietnam's growth is highly valued.

Fluency or near-fluency in Vietnamese is required without exception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and rollout of new software platforms (e.g., ERP, project management tools, field apps).
• Act as the bridge between business users and IT vendors, ensuring practical and scalable solutions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and training.
• Drive change management initiatives to promote adoption and digital literacy.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI, reporting progress to leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated on construction tech trends and assess their relevance.

Requirements:

• 8 to 15 years of experience in digital transformation, IT management, or process improvement.
• Fluent or near-fluent in Vietnamese.
• Ability to relocate to Vietnam before the end of 2025.
• Proven success in software implementation projects.
• Preferred experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
• Strong understanding of change management, communication, and training strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with data and KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
