Scaleway is seeking a Senior Leader of Internal AI within the IT organization to define and scale our enterprise AI strategy. You will own the internal AI scope, collaborate with Security, Data, and Engineering, and build a capable AI team over time.

You will drive adoption of Scaleway's sovereign cloud and AI solutions, ensure secure, cost-efficient AI deployments, and promote best practices across the company in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, and MCP.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Dify, Dust, n8n, Open WebUI, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, AI inference, and GPU environments.
• Strong foundations in software engineering, security, CI/CD, IAM, and AI governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive Scaleway’s enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the company.
• Lead the deployment of an enterprise AI platform and evolve the IT environment toward AI-ready architecture.
• Define governance, security, and guardrails for AI agents deployed at scale.
• Industrialize AI-enabled development and vibe coding, from prototype to production.
• Drive AI FinOps balancing performance, cost, and sovereignty.
• Promote internal dogfooding of Scaleway infrastructure, AI products, and open-source models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Security, Data, and Business teams on AI adoption.
• Create internal AI best practices, communities, and reusable standards.
• Over time, recruit and build the Internal AI team.
