Scaleway seeks an AI Engineering Leader to define and scale our enterprise AI strategy. You will centralize AI initiatives, connecting business needs with Engineering, IT, Security, Data and Infrastructure, reporting to the Director of IT, IS & GRC.

You will build and evolve the internal AI program with a focus on secure, scalable AI deployments and governance, while promoting Scaleway’s sovereign AI solutions internally.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, AI/Data Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, or AI Product.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, and MCP.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Dify, Dust, n8n, Open WebUI, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive Scaleway’s enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the company.
• Lead the deployment of an enterprise AI platform and evolve IT toward an AI-ready architecture.
• Define governance, security, and Human-in-the-Loop guardrails to deploy AI safely at scale.
• Industrialize AI-assisted development and vibe coding from prototype to production.
• Drive AI FinOps balancing performance, cost, sovereignty, and third-party solutions.
• Promote internal dogfooding of Scaleway infrastructure and AI products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Security, Data, and business teams to support AI adoption.
• Build internal AI best practices, communities, and reusable standards.
• Over time, recruit and grow the Internal AI team.
