Jobgether in France is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to shape security across a large-scale digital platform and a globally distributed tech ecosystem. You’ll design security architectures, implement automated controls, and drive DevSecOps across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You’ll mentor engineers, establish standards and runbooks, lead incident response and audits, and partner with product teams to embed security by design throughout new technologies and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in information security engineering at scale.
• Translate security policies into practical technical standards.
• Expert knowledge of AWS and/or GCP with secure multi-tenant architectures.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native security and container security (Kubernetes).
• Strong IaC skills with Terraform or CloudFormation for guardrails.
• Proficient in scripting and developing security tooling for SecOps.

Responsabilités

• Architect and oversee advanced security monitoring and threat detection across diverse systems.
• Design automated detection logic to identify complex attack patterns and improve alerts.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-impact incidents and systemic issues.
• Lead security in the SDLC with Security-as-Code and CI/CD integrations (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Guide engineering on security gates and critical vulnerabilities.
• Own vulnerability management strategy across infra and apps by risk.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives addressing systemic weaknesses with external testers.
• Design, implement, and optimize security infrastructure (EDR, IAM, DLP, SOAR).
• Drive automation to reduce manual security operations and enforce controls across multi-cloud.
• Lead incident response and post-incident activities including root-cause analysis.
• Conduct audits and assurance activities aligning with standards (ISO 27001).
• Set security standards and runbooks; mentor junior engineers.
