The Exploration Company is seeking a finance partner in Bordeaux to oversee industrial costing and analytical processes. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in industrial controlling, particularly in high-tech sectors like aerospace. Responsibilities include managing costing methodologies, leading the budgeting process, and delivering variance analysis to support operational teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in industrial controlling, ideally in aerospace or aeronautics.
• Experience in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Audit experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead time-booking system and maintain internal hourly rates.
• Manage cost centers and allocations for consistency.
• Design processes around manufacturing orders and align financial data.
• Own analytical closing and analyze cost variances.
• Lead SG&A budgeting process and support department heads.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Drive finance transformation and ERP projects.
