Job Title : Head of Health, Safety and Environment, Manufacturing and Supply, Vaccines - Location: France, EU Countries, US - All Gender

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is fully integrated into our company transformation, ambitions, and commitments.

Your role, as Head of HSE Manufacturing and Supply Vaccines within our Global HSE Team, will be to deliver our commitments and make HSE a lever of performance for our business.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Integrate HSE strategy into M&S Vaccines roadmap to support business growth.
2. Develop and implement HSE core processes, standards, and systems for M&S Vaccines.
3. Set and monitor consistent HSE priorities for M&S Vaccines and ensure each site has a multiyear HSE continuous improvement plan.
4. Identify and ensure adequate resources are integrated into the Strategic Plan and Budget to meet HSE goals.
5. Enhance HSE skills with tailored training programs for M&S Vaccines.
6. Lead, monitor, and report HSE results, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
7. Promote and share best practices by animating the M&S Vaccines network, promoting HSE programs, and sharing benchmarks (e.g., sustainability, safety culture) across teams.

Experience :

Operational background in Health, Safety, and Environment, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or senior management positions. Experience in Vaccines is a plus.
