HEAD OF HR – MAISON DE LUXE

Location: Paris | Up to €80K

Responsibilities:

1. Lead HR strategy and operations for the headquarters and retail network: advise managers, handle disciplinary matters, ensure legal compliance, manage social relations, and coordinate internationally.
2. Manage technical HR aspects: payroll and commissions, social budgets and reporting, compensation & benefits, workforce monitoring, and resource optimization.
3. Develop talent and engagement: strategic recruitment, school relations, managerial onboarding, career management, and cross-functional HR projects.

Profile:

1. Strong expertise in labor law and disciplinary management, with proven experience in social relations and technical skills in compensation & benefits and payroll.
2. High focus on HR development, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, build trust, and align organizational levels.
3. Fluent in English.
