The position

If you are excited about being the key driver behind one of our fastest-growing Hive Locations, apply!

As Head of Growth France (General Manager), you will be responsible for hyper-scaling our French market and business (B2B) with the help of our amazing local growth team of Business Development and Account Managers. You will also be part of our Global Growth Leadership Team, and drive the overarching go-to-market strategy with the VP of Sales and the CGO.

  • Impactful Role: As Head of Growth France, you are the key driver and decision maker for our growth journey in France. You're responsible for leading our current superstar team of 8 trailblazers, developing & scaling it up (growing to 10 until end of year or more depending on your output), and together winning the market.

  • Be a mentor

  • Global Leadership: As part of our Global Leadership Team across our 6 countries, you will not only shape decisions about Hive’s growth but also the future of Hive’s offering, growth strategy & culture.

  • France and B2B Sales Expert: You are the voice of the French market in the organization. You will help us understand localization efforts and use localized knowledge and networks to make Hive the leading player in the country.

Your profile

  • B2B Growth or Related Background: You have a robust background in growth-related functions in hyper-growth companies, like sales development, sales, account management, or leading your own company. Experience in top management consulting, project management, or more strategic roles is a strong plus. (Preferred work experience: >7 years; but open to a less experienced superstar - just make your case)

  • Leadership experience: You have leadership experience and can motivate and excite a team to go the extra mile. People development is one of your main passions. You have led leaders before and built larger teams.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives.

  • Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You can anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details.

  • Language Proficiency & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in French and English are required.
