UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is hiring a Head of Growth & E-commerce in Paris to lead the D2C and local market growth from the ground up.

You will own growth strategy, drive performance marketing, SEO, CRM, content and conversion optimization, and manage websites and marketplaces while coordinating with agencies and partners. Based in Paris with English and French fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth Marketing, E-commerce or D2C.
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, FMCG or Consumer Brands preferred.
• Fluent French & English.
• Based in Paris, France.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end D2C and e-commerce growth strategy for France.
• Drive performance marketing, SEO, CRM, content and conversion optimization.
• Manage website and marketplace performance, traffic, conversion and repeat purchase.
• Track key growth metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Manage local agencies, freelancers and technology/platform partners.
• Support pricing, promotions and new product launches.
