Main responsibilities :

• Lead global finance operations for Mass Production,
• oversee financial performance across 37 factories worldwide,
• manage and coordinate a team of regional MP finance leaders (~50 HC),
• ensure alignment and performance across regions.
• Directly responsible for cost controlling, budgeting, and forecast development.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure methodological consistency and implementation of MCS (Management Control Systems).
• Ensure alignment and consistency of financial results with central finance reporting.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Mass Production leadership, supporting decision-making and driving financial performance.
