Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global finance operations for Mass Production,
• Oversee financial performance across 37 factories worldwide,
• Manage and coordinate a team of regional MP finance leaders (~50 HC),
• Ensure alignment and performance across regions,
• Directly responsible for cost controlling, budgeting, and forecast development,
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure methodological consistency and implementation of MCS (Management Control Systems),
• Ensure alignment and consistency of financial results with central finance reporting,
• Act as a strategic business partner to Mass Production leadership, supporting decision-making and driving financial performance.

Employee compensation is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
