A multinational construction tools company is seeking a Head of Global Payroll to manage payroll operations across regions. The role involves developing global payroll strategies, ensuring compliance with international laws, and leading cross-functional teams. As the Head of Global Payroll, you are responsible for coordinating payroll operations across multiple countries and regions. This involves executing a global payroll strategy, ensuring compliance with international payroll regulations, supporting external payroll vendor management and optimizing payroll processes. The position requires strong leadership (both business and people), extensive knowledge of global payroll practice, and the ability to navigate complex payroll landscapes.
This full-time position is available as of October 2025. The role can be based in Manchester, Paris, or Prague. Please state your preferred location in your application.
