AKQA, part of WPP, is seeking a Director, Generative AI Experience Engineering to define and deliver AI-native customer experiences across commerce, content and client interfaces. You will lead a hands-on technical team, shaping architecture and driving delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Based in Paris or globally collaborating with AKQA studios, you will mentor engineers, run architecture discussions with senior stakeholders, and advance AI tooling, observability, and state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• Strong experience in frontend architecture and scalable systems.
• Deep expertise in React and Next.js with modern rendering techniques.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex AI-enabled products.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and architecture of AI-native experience platforms.
• Remain hands-on with prototyping and production acceleration of AI-enabled products.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering quality, direction and delivery standards.
• Advise clients on AI transformation and technology roadmaps.
