Job Description

We are seeking a new colleague for our Marketing team at our location in Puteaux France.

As Head of Field Marketing France and Benelux, you will play an essential role in implementing the new marketing strategy to strengthen ZF Aftermarket's position in your region. You will lead the field marketing team for France & Benelux, working closely with the digital marketing team in Europe and the Commercial Excellence team to ensure alignment and successful campaigns.

What You Can Look Forward to as Head of Field Marketing:

• Managing the Field Marketing Team, setting objectives and ensuring performance measures are met.
• Growing and developing the local Field Marketing Team into a high-performing unit.
• Ensuring timely delivery of larger qualitative campaigns in alignment with central marketing & sales.
• Fostering growth through regional marketing activities such as campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, sales tools, and service assets.
• Aligning on KPIs and targets for marketing activities with key stakeholders.
• Enabling your team to monitor and improve campaign performance and ROMI (return on marketing investments).
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
• Supporting and building a strong team culture across your region.

Your Profile as Head of Field Marketing:

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing.
• Proven team leader experience.
• B2B marketing experience in the industrial automotive sector is an advantage.
• Experience with marketing for direct and indirect channels.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and empathetic.
• Structured and able to work independently.
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills and good stakeholder management.
