They are opening a Head of Ecosystem role.

Missions

• Own the company's ecosystem-driven growth strategy
• Drive adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape
• Own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships
• Design and own their end-to-end ecosystem strategy
• Onboard the next billion people into DeFi and doing this start from ground zero

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Development, Ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or Web3 infra or developer-facing tech
• You have worked at a leading DeFi protocol (Ideally top 30)
• You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships
• Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams
• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments
• Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield

Contract: Permanent

Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai with a maximum 5hrs overlap with EST Timezone

Salary: 200 to 250k USD
