Description du poste

Our Global Digital Business Team is focused on driving and accelerating digital transformation via delivery of digital products (marketing technology platforms, digital therapeutics, patient support, Medical, AI, etc.) across the different Global Business Units, therapeutic areas, and markets. Our digital products are directed at patients first, but also physicians and/or payers. This team works to implement Sanofi’s Digital strategy by bringing dedicated expertise internally at Sanofi and externally with digital and/or technology partners to build the core digital foundation and drive growth through digital across all business areas.

Your Mandate :

As Head of Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Health, you will oversee all aspects of direct digital engagement with patients, focusing on mobile-first solutions pre- and post-prescription. Your objective is to define and implement solutions that deliver a first-in-class or best-in-class experience for our patients, with the expected outcomes of accelerating diagnostics, fostering onboarding, and maximizing adherence and compliance.

Product Line Owner (PLO) Responsibilities :

The PLO is fully accountable for the overall digital product strategy, oversight, and delivery for the product line, delivering business value to stakeholders. This involves working closely with senior leaders across business areas, digital product owners, analytics, technology, services, and experts to identify customer needs, prioritize features, guide work through the Program Kanban, and develop the program vision and roadmap.

Digital Business Impact :

This role will lead the development of a business approach to identify, measure, and monitor the impact of digital solutions. It requires close collaboration with analytics and finance teams to ensure consistent measurement and reporting. Presenting digital milestones to executive teams and the CDO is a critical aspect of this role.

Main Responsibilities :
  1. Set strategy, lead, and manage the digital product portfolio for global distribution.
  2. Represent the voice of the customer within the digital ecosystem, understanding their needs and validating solutions.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define ecosystem and design deliverables.
  4. Work with design, engineering, and business teams to assess feasibility and deliverability of new products or enhancements.
  5. Create and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, supported by research and analysis.
  6. Develop and communicate the product vision and define features.
  7. Decide on release timing based on value accrued.
  8. Participate in program objectives approval and success measurement.
  9. Build and manage cross-functional teams, including quality, legal, and regulatory aspects.
  10. Define KPIs and value propositions, acting based on their impacts.
  11. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA preferred.
Experience :
  • Proven success in Direct-to-Consumer digital initiatives is essential.
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
  • Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of results.
