Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Head of Design System & Experience Platform for France on a six-month fixed-term contract renewable. You will define Quartz's vision, governance, and roadmap, evolving from a Design System into an Experience Platform across digital products.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of about 10, collaborate with AI, Data, Product, Engineering and Brand teams, and report to the VP Digital Experience, AI & Innovation.

Qualifications

• You have at least 10 years of experience in Digital Experience, Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Systems, or related fields.
• You have led enterprise Design Systems or digital platforms and deep expertise in UX/UI.
• You can engage executive stakeholders and manage complex, international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define Quartz’s long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model for a global, scalable Experience Platform.
• Lead Governance: design tokens, component libraries, documentation, accessibility and brand alignment.
• Own Quartz product vision, metrics, adoption strategy, and executive reporting.
• Drive adoption across Business Units, product teams, and digital platforms; lead change management and enablement programs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Data, AI and Digital Transformation teams.
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10; recruit, develop, and retain talent.
