Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the Data portfolio strategy across our cloud offerings. You will align product roadmaps, drive PM excellence, and partner with AI, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to maximize revenue and customer value.

You will manage a team of 7 senior Product Managers, setting direction, coaching, and standardizing processes from discovery to delivery. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with strategy experience.
• Led and developed Product Managers, ideally senior or principal level.
• Deep data product expertise across SQL/NoSQL, data streaming or analytics.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure SaaS and B2B products.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data sovereignty, ISO or SecNumCloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Scaleway’s Data portfolio.
• Align roadmaps, improve product-market fit, and drive revenue.
• Coach and lead a team of 7 Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Head of Product AI, Sales, Eng and Marketing.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure delivery and impact.
