Cozycozy is hiring a Head of Data & AI to own the function end-to-end and report directly to the CEO. This role blends leadership with hands-on work, guiding the data stack and AI initiatives across Revenue, Marketing, Product and Finance.

You will sit in Cozycozy's Paris office, acting as a strategic partner to translate business needs into a practical technical roadmap and to deploy scalable data solutions that reduce manual work and accelerate decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on in Data & AI with leadership or data function ownership.
• Translate needs from Revenue, Marketing, Product and Finance into a clear technical roadmap.
• Full-stack data & ML depth: pipelines, lakehouse stack, ML production, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own data & AI function end-to-end and report to the CEO.
• Shape strategy, set roadmap, and lead a senior data team.
• Collaborate with all units to turn data into actionable insights.
