Constructor is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity to lead and scale our security function across application security, security compliance, infrastructure & cloud security, and business application security. This hands-on leadership role requires setting direction, collaborating with engineering, IT, and compliance teams, and digging into technical details with a small security team.

• 8+ years in information security with leadership experience
• Experience running application security programs with CI/CD integration
• Hands-on with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 audits
• Experience securing business apps (M365, CRM, ERP) and vendor risk management
